Ryan A. Moehlman is an associate attorney with Cunningham, Vogel & Rost, P.C. He represents the firm’s municipal clients in general municipal law matters, land use and zoning, and governmental litigation.


Prior to joining the firm, Ryan clerked in the Law Department of the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, where he assisted the City Attorney in drafting ordinances and policies, staffing City Council meetings, and conducting legal research. He also served as a Legislative Intern in the Missouri House of Representatives during the 2004 Regular Session for then-Assistant Majority Floor Leader, Mark Wright of Springfield.


Ryan received his J.D. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri. While in law school, he earned an emphasis in Urban, Land Use and Environmental Law and was named an UMKC Second Century Scholar. Ryan also served as an editorial assistant for the Appellate Practice Journal.
