David A. Streubel is a principal attorney with Cunningham, Vogel & Rost, P.C. He represents the firm’s clients in general municipal law matters, land use and zoning, public utility issues, employment law, environmental law, and governmental litigation, among other areas of municipal practice. Dave serves as the City Attorney for the City of Gerald.

Dave received his B.S. and M.A. from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. He received his M.B.A. and J.D. from Washington University, where he was an Articles Editor of the Washington University Journal of Urban and Contemporary Law. After earning his law degree, he clerked for the Honorable William L. Hungate, U.S. District Judge, Eastern District of Missouri.

 

Formerly, Dave was a police officer for the City of Berkeley, Missouri. He also has been a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of New Mexico. As a litigator, he has been appointed many times by federal trial and appellate courts in various matters.
