High Time to Know Medical Marijuana Zoning Issues

 On Thursday, September 26, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m., Erin Seele and Justin Harmon of Cunningham, Vogel & Rost, P.C. will be discussing zoning authority for cities. Erin will begin the session by providing an overview of cities' zoning authority and limitations. Justin will then be discussing the medical marijuana laws and regulations, with a focus on zoning issues. *Attendees will receive a certificate of attendance to apply for continuing education credit from their respective organization.
